Basis of the edition

The present edition is based on the photographs available at the Mainzer Photoarchiv of the Hethitologie Portal Mainz, as well as the available hand-copies and relevant secondary literature up to 2019. When the original manuscripts have been collated, this is noted in the commentary.

Commentary

Previous editions: Hazenbos 2003: 121-24 (KUB 54.90).

Collated (March 2020). As noted by Klengel (KUB 54 VI sub no. 61), KUB 54.61 may constitute an indirect join to KUB 54.90, perhaps belonging to the right col. of the latter fragment. The two fragment show identical clay and handwriting. Ms. A1 preserves a list of gods including several manifestations of Pirwa.

A2 r. col. 9′: The sign following DINGIR seems to be EN, but it is unclear how this would fit the following MUNUS-TI.
